Submission Tutorial

To assist authors in submitting their manuscripts correctly, we have provided a step-by-step submission tutorial in PDF format. This guide explains each stage of the submission process on our Online Journal System (OJS), including account registration, metadata entry, file upload, and final submission.

Authors are strongly encouraged to download and read the tutorial before beginning the submission process to avoid errors and ensure compliance with the journal’s requirements.

Step-by-Step Author Registration

  1. Access the Registration Page
    Click the “Register” button on the journal’s homepage.

  2. Fill in Your Personal Information

    • Enter your full name (first and last name).

    • Provide an active email address — it will be used for confirmation.

    • Include your institutional affiliation and country.

    • Complete any other required fields accurately.

  3. Create a Strong Password
    To protect your account, our system enforces a strong password policy.
    Your password must include the following:

    • At least 8 characters in total

    • At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)

    • At least one lowercase letter (a–z)

    • At least one number (0–9)

    • At least one special character, such as ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ + =

    SciJournal@2025
    ❌ Invalid example:
    password123 (missing uppercase and symbol)

  4. Select the Author Role

    • Tick the checkbox “Register as Author” to enable article submission privileges.

    • Provide a short biography if required by the journal.

  5. Read and Accept the Privacy and Ethics Statements
    Please read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Publication Ethics Statement before completing your registration.

  6. Respect the Minimum Form Completion Time (Anti-Bot Security)
    For security and anti-spam protection, the registration process must take a reasonable amount of time.

    • The system requires that the registration form be completed in at least 15 seconds.

    • If the form is submitted too quickly, the registration will be rejected automatically.

    • Use this time to carefully review your information before clicking “Register”.

  7. Submit and Confirm Your Email
    After submitting the form, check your email inbox for a confirmation message from the system.
    Click the confirmation link to activate your account.
