Submission Tutorial

To assist authors in submitting their manuscripts correctly, we have provided a step-by-step submission tutorial in PDF format. This guide explains each stage of the submission process on our Online Journal System (OJS), including account registration, metadata entry, file upload, and final submission.
Authors are strongly encouraged to download and read the tutorial before beginning the submission process to avoid errors and ensure compliance with the journal’s requirements.
Step-by-Step Author Registration
  1. Access the Registration Page
    Click the “Register” button on the journal homepage.
  2. Fill in Your Personal Information
    • Enter your full name (first and last name).
    • Provide an active email address for verification.
    • Include institutional affiliation and country.
    • Complete all required fields accurately.
  3. Create a Strong Password
    Password requirements:
    • Minimum 8 characters
    • At least 1 uppercase letter
    • At least 1 lowercase letter
    • At least 1 number
    • At least 1 special character
    Example: SciJournal@2025
    Invalid: password123
  4. Select Author Role
    • Check “Register as Author”
    • Add short biography if required
  5. Accept Policy
    Agree to the Privacy Policy and Publication Ethics.
  6. Form Completion Note
    Minimum completion time is 15 seconds. Fast submissions may be rejected automatically.
  7. Submit and Confirm Email
    Verify your email to activate the account.
