Copyrights and Licensing

Authors who publish in Cognitia: International Engineering Journal retain the copyright of their work. By submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors agree to grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and make the article publicly available under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license.

This means that:

Authors retain ownership of their copyright and other applicable rights.

Authors may share and distribute their published work.

Authors may reuse, republish, and adapt their work with proper attribution.

Users may copy, redistribute, and adapt the work, provided that the original author and source are properly credited and derivative works are distributed under the same license.

Cognitia does not impose restrictions on self-archiving. Authors are encouraged to deposit their published articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, and other appropriate open-access archives.

Author's Rights

Authors publishing in Cognitia: International Engineering Journal retain the following rights:

Authorship and Co-Authorship

For manuscripts prepared by multiple authors, the submitting or corresponding author confirms that all co-authors have authorized the submission and agree to the copyright and licensing terms. The corresponding author is responsible for communicating this policy to all co-authors. Cognitia: International Engineering Journal is not responsible for disputes among authors and will conduct official correspondence primarily with the designated corresponding author.

Royalties

As an open-access journal that makes its published articles freely available under the applicable Creative Commons license, Cognitia: International Engineering Journal does not provide royalties or other forms of financial compensation to authors for published articles.
